At Doggone Raw, we are committed to supplying you with the quality dog and cat food you have come to expect. We continue to produce our products and distribute them in all of our regular distribution channels. 

• Safety: As a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) production facility, we are committed to a safety-first approach. With that, we have additional receiving, cleaning, and sanitizing protocols.

• Shopping at our facility: For our customers who buy direct from our shop, we are practicing physical distancing. To that end, we ask that you utilize our Shopify website. Our website takes many forms of payment; all the major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept Venmo. You can order and pay for products online and we will have them ready for curbside pick-up.

• Supply-Chain: In order to continue to supply the wide variety of proteins, we have made 2 investments. First, we are working on doubling our refrigeration space. This will allow us to carry a larger raw materials inventory. We will invest in a “buy-forward” approach to mitigate supply delays/interruptions that we have experienced. Second, we invested in quadrupling our freezer space in order to hold a larger finished goods inventory.

• Delivery: We also have identified a few retailers that are willing to deliver to certain areas. You can reach out to us via FB, email, or phone and we can share that information with you.
